S A L T Y
One of my favorite things to bring home from the Cape each year is locally harvested salt. Cape Cod Saltworks has been producing solar harvested salts from the waters off Chatham for years and the gorgeous flakes are the most fantastic finish to any culinary creation. I particularly enjoy them sprinkled over my backyard tomatoes - no snack is finer!
This summer, I made friends with the owner of Cape Cod Saltworks, my family got a tour of his operations and we left with a case of salt to add to the online FoxSea shop!
Their classic sea salt is now available in the shop, alongside custom made Kristen Watrous ceramic salt cellars that look like pretty pink sea creatures. The sweet little bowls are also great for holding jewelry and other little collections.
